Fitness
I get up and I’m ready for breakfast at 7am everyday. Afterwards I go straight to the gym to begin my daily workout for 8.30am. If there is no testing in the week or racing at the weekend I have a Monday to Friday routine. I take my fitness very seriously because it keeps me on top of my game. Once I am finished from the gym I head to work for 12 and normally finish at 7pm.

- Thursday – Legs and abs
- Friday – Cardio vascular
